Connecting your systems

## Integration questions.

**Can iKB connect to Google Drive, Teams and Slack?**

Yes. These are supported options, along with Notion, Confluence, HubSpot and others. Available operations depend on the provider, account permissions and deployment. A listed provider does not mean every operation is enabled. Confirm which files, conversations or records you need during the requirements review.

**Are the 50 preselected connectors a limit?**

No. Administrators preconfigure 50 starting options for easy enablement. More supported connectors can be configured. The providers shown here are examples, not a fixed list of those 50.

**What is needed to enable a connection?**

Authorise the provider account and review its credentials and permissions. Approve the actions each topic can use. Test access with your users before rollout. See how connected sources are searched.

**Can we import a public shared file without connecting an account?**

For supported public HTTPS files, yes, when public-link imports are enabled and the administrator has web-crawl permission. This is a separate workflow, not support for every provider in this directory. Private or password-protected files need an approved upload or authenticated connection. Do not make confidential files public. Review shared-link methods and limits.

**Can connectors run in an air-gapped environment?**

Connectors that need external services cannot work without those connections. An air-gapped environment is isolated from external networks. Check provider and network requirements against your deployment plan. Compare deployment options or discuss your systems.
