Can iKB connect to Google Drive, Teams and Slack?

These are supported connection options, alongside tools such as Notion, Confluence and HubSpot. Available operations depend on the provider, account permissions and deployment. Confirm the documents, conversations or records you need during scoping; a listed provider does not imply every operation is enabled.

Are the 50 preselected connectors a limit?

No. Platform administrators preconfigure a starting selection for easy enablement. Additional supported connectors can be configured as needed. The providers shown here are examples, not a fixed list of those 50.

What is needed to enable a connection?

Authorise the provider account, review its credentials and permissions, then approve the connector actions available to the relevant topics. Validate access with representative users before rollout. Review the data and control flow.

Can connectors run in an air-gapped environment?

Connections that require external services are unavailable inside a closed boundary. Confirm network access and provider requirements against your deployment design. Compare deployment boundaries or discuss your required systems.
